First: CONCEPT OF COOKIES
A cookie is a file that is downloaded to the user's computer / smartphone / tablet when accessing certain web pages to store and retrieve information about the navigation that is carried out from said computer.
Technically, cookies are pieces of arbitrary data defined by the web server and sent to the browser. The browser returns them to the server without modification, thus reflecting a state (memory of previous events) in HTTP transactions, which would otherwise be independent of that state.
Without the cookies, each request of a web page or a component of a web page would be an isolated event, without any relation with the rest of requests of other pages of the same site. But by returning a cookie to the web server, the browser provides the server with a means to relate the request of the current page with requests from previous pages. In addition to being defined by a web server, cookies can also be defined by a script in a language like JavaScript, if it is supported and enabled in the web browser.
Cookies specifications suggest that browsers must support a minimum number of cookies or a minimum amount of memory to store them. In particular, it is expected that a browser will be able to store at least 300 cookies of 4 kilobytes each and at least 20 cookies per server or domain.
The server that sets the cookie can specify a deletion date, in which case the cookie will be deleted on that date. A shopping site might want to help potential customers by remembering the things that were in their shopping cart, even if they close the browser without making the purchase and come back later, to avoid having to look for the products again. In that case, the server would create a cookie with a deletion date according to the desire of the website designer. If a deletion date is not defined, the cookie is deleted when the user closes his browser. Therefore, defining a deletion date is a way to make the cookie survive between sessions. For this reason, cookies with a deletion date are called persistent.

We received a call from our client and friend John Dunne. One of his apartments had been vacated after a long-term rental. The apartment was in a sorry state. The idea of John was to make a total reform of the apartment to be used for vacation rentals and if an interesting offer came to sell it.

We got down to work, and we made a comprehensive reform of the apartment. The worst part of the apartment were the bathroom and the kitchen, they looked very old and deteriorated. For the kitchen, it was decided to throw the walls and make an open kitchen to the living room, with this one gained a lot of light and integrated the kitchen in the living room. The bathroom also shot completely and became completely new.

All the plumbing and electricity installation was made from scratch. We install a new air conditioning and heating machine. In the bedrooms the fitted wardrobes were changed and the furniture was changed. After finishing the whole work, the floor was polished, making the apartment look completely new. For the furniture we opted for practical furniture and intended for rent.

The apartment was dedicated to vacation rental for a couple of seasons and finally we sold it at a good price. John recovered his investment and the new owner continues to enjoy a completely renovated apartment.

The goal of this project was to win a bedroom, convert a two-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom apartment. For this the idea was to move the kitchen to the living room, to have a kitchen open to the living room when friends come home to be able to interact all together, without having the cook "punished" apart.

When the kitchen needs water connections, drains, smoke extraction, etc. the task was not easy. Finally everything was solved and today you can enjoy a large and modern kitchen, where the main piece has ended up being the bar.
In the place of the old kitchen a work office has been installed but it could also be used perfectly as a small guest bedroom, games room, etc.
